First and foremost if you're planning on eating out at a 5-star hotel or along the Las Vegas Strip area, expect to pay $$$ or go home. That said, Yellowtail is not the typical sushi restaurants that has 3 pages of different sushi rolls or all you can eat option. Its an upscale Japanese restaurant with tapas serving sizes. We ordered most of the popular dishes: Big Eye Tuna Pizza (Crispy), Tempura King Crab (Crabby Crab Crab), Kobe Beef Tataki (raw and weird at first), Crispy Soft Shell crab and one specialty sushi (don't remember the name because it wasn't memorable). I was very pleased with the suggested dishes by the waiter and was awed by the view of the Bellagio Fountain. If you're looking for a romantic night out with your significant other and wanted to splurge a little, this would be the spot. Ask for the window seating to get a better view of the Bellagio fountain.
