Update: we were treated with such bad attitude in the office we put in our notice to vacate. Already found a house that's 1/2 the price of this place and the people are much nicer. I've attached photos of the door of our building. Disgusting. And the door/lock that's always broken so anyone can just enter your building since the gate is always open.
