I can't say enough good things about Josh and his team at Premier Service. Everyone hates to think of buying new air conditioning units (especially when you have two), and we are no exception. I truly believe that having Josh or his serviceman out to service our unit each year has extended the life of our units. He is always on time, courteous and honest. Never tries to upsell or "scare" me into buying something I don't yet need. My twelve year-old units are cranking along fine in this extreme heat with a little annual TLC from this company. This is Josh's business, and you can tell that customer satisfaction is at the top of his list--always returns phone calls promptly (even after hours), guarantees his work and is pleasant and trustworthy. When the dark day comes, and I do have to fork out the big bucks for new units, Premier Service will be our choice.
