First of all, when the delivery time is 3 weeks out you might want to extend hours for people to come pick up and not tell people you close at 8 when in reality you close at 6 for people to come pick up. The lady was so sure that nobody told us 8 when we called to check that she made us feel like we were stupid. She then told us that we had 30 days to refund the purchase of we weren't happy....never again!
We should have learned the first time. We just bought a house and went back to get some living room furniture. We found one we liked and set a delivery date...everything was in stock and seemed ok. we had to move the delivery back one day...ONE DAY! Any way my fiancé waited home all day for it to come..finally at 4 he called only to get a response that oh our furniture is not being delivered for at least a month...seriously?! Why weren't we told that when we changed the delivery date? Needless to say we gave them a piece of our mind and asked for a refund...awful customer service no communication overall crappy...go to RC Wiley...save yourself a headache
