I hate this location. I've had a few pleasant experiences here, but they are overshadowed by the bad ones.
On one occasion, this teller had already scanned my card, verified my ID, yet she insisted I remove my sunglasses, face the camera, all this power trip crap. I felt so judged. Did I not look as pretty as my ID that day? I wasn't even requesting a large transaction or anything suspicious or high-profile. As a woman, so many of us throw on our sunglasses to run errands early in the morning....why single me out? She just wanted to be a bxtch.
Also, God forbid you want a cash advance in an emergency...once, I had a teller here basically announce to the entire bank the interest on that. YEAH, I KNOW. Now everyone else does, too. Thanks.
I avoid this location. The Decatur/215 one treats you sooo nicely!
