9 out of 10 times I walk into this store I get the RUDEST associate. One was a flighty blonde who claimed she was the 'Prestige Manager' followed me around and BLANTANTLY readjusted and wiped everything I touched. As if I were some low class person. Very snotty.
Lemme tell ya something sister..I make 4 times more than you, have a degree and have been in the retail industry for many years.
You would not employed by my company very long.
There's also a rude chick back in the salon. When asked about a certain product that was showcased in the flyer she replied, "Oh we don't look at those." What? Seriously? Not very good training. You are ONE store.
The only associate I just adore is Aracelli, she's very personable & helpful. She even remembered me from a previous visit & told me they now had what I was looking for! Excellent customer service!
