Called into Whirlpool to have our fridge serviced because of a clog in the drain. It was assigned to Appliance Rescue who called me within 2hrs to schedule an appt for about 5 days out. I then received another call from them confirming about 24hrs prior and yet another call the day of narrowing down my service window from Half the day down to within a 2 hr window. 3 Calls about one job? I found that to be amazing! When Joel #816 arrived, he was very friendly, and got right to the job. Kept everything nice and professional and even clean! Showed me the part that was poorly engineered the replacement that was going in its place. I found this to be a great service experience, and would be more than happy to call them if I need any other appliances serviced.
