It was my pleasure to make an appointment with Dr. Rosenman's office today, Tuesday, April 19th, 2016. I received a referral from a good friend, yet I did check on "yelp" before my visit.
It was discouraging to read about long office waits, and an unfriendly staff. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.
The office staff, particularly SANDY and PATTY, were gracious, lovely and inviting to the patients, new and old. I sought out others who were also affiliated with Dr. Rosenman's office and they, too, were lovely and polite.
I had a visit with Ms. Julia Smith, APN, and I was extremely impressed. She was not judgmental and was very understanding of my tales(s) of woe. She asked pertinent questions, she was prepared by having read my medical forms before I even met her AND she investigated other forms of alternate treatment before she decided on a plan. Unfortunately, I know myself better than anyone else, grrrrr, but Ms Julie is a pro. I felt comfortable with her immediately, and only felt more comfortable as our session progressed.
I have the HIGHEST PRAISE for the entire staff of Dr. Rosenman's office, and hope that everyone gives the doctor, the nurse practitioners and the office staff the same opportunity that I did by judging for yourself that they ARE ALL ACES!
