As far as airlines go this is my most traveled airline.
I noticed some changes recently on Customer Service and pleaded to say I've experienced friendlier people in the other end of the line while changing or booking a flight.?
The providence airport has replaced some of workers at the boarding gate which is appreciated!
Flying at the holiday season is stressful enough without dealing with rude airline workers
Otherwise all is well flying through philly or Charlotte (my favorite airport!)
Flight attendants are always pleasant and helpful.
