Yikes, only 1.5 stars for this airline? I flew them recently from Saskatoon to Toronto to Detroit. Other than the Toronto airport being insane, I had a good experience on Air Canada. On my first flight, the plane had video screens, so I was able to watch a movie, and the seats were roomy - I usually fly Delta or Southwest and they seemed bigger than both. The aisle was bigger too - I'm not a small woman, so normally I have to angle myself to walk down it, and this time I didn't need to. My only complaint is that for my 3-hour Saskatoon to Toronto flight, no snacks were served. The woman sitting next to me, who was Canadian, said this is typical of Air Canada. However, on my 45-ish min. flight from Toronto to DTW, we got pretzels.... So I'm not sure how that works. Overall, a decent airline that I'd fly again if I was traveling to Canada.
