I booked an appointment with him for 7pm on a weekday night to check he was available. His reply was that it would be no problem. I show up in a rush as I had plans after but get to his store on Adelaide to see a closed door with a paper sign "Be right back"...
I text him asking about the appointment and he says he will be another hour, doing deliveries.
Needless to say, I was ticked. I wouldn't trust or give my service to someone who would be so floppy and unprofessional. I booked an appointment for a reason, and he failed on his end, with no apologies or hint of remorse.
Screw that. Go somewhere else. I hear Charlie's Freewheels is a pretty good spot so I'm going there instead.
