They certainly deserve 5 stars but I do think the customer service at the Rocky River location is super extra... so I'm not taking away a star because they didn't deserve it however the other location may have raised the bar high. The guy who helped me, Jason (I think) was very nice and did his job well but the other location goes beyond that... no complaints here though.
These guys are always to the point, git-r-done kind of guys. No monkey business, not swindling, just tires. I've never had them tell me that some small thing is going to end up costing me a million dollars (an exaggeration, obviously).
I got the insurance on my tires when I bought them. Since then I've had two flats, a big chunk of glass and a huge nail, I've paid about 20 each time! If that's not a great deal I just don't know what is.
I would certainly recommend and I will always come back. It's super convenient having locations pretty much everywhere I travel.
