After having lunch here, I've decided to pass on ANY 'celebrity chef' restaurants in the future. We have had bad experiences at several now. Things started well, seated fast, & ordered beer. Then, things went downhill. Our beers were poured, & waiting on the bar, but our server was too busy chatting with another customer to pay attention. After about 8-10 minutes, my husband asked someone at the bar if they could bring our beers before they got too warm. They apologized, & brought them right away. At this point we still hadn't ordered. The manager came over, took our order& offered us an appetizer on the house. I thought that was a nice thing to do. We chose onion rings. BIG mistake! They were cold, & grease literally ran out of them when bitten into! Gross! I had the bison caprese. The burger was ok, a little dry, nothing special. The tomato slice was as thick as the burger. Hard to eat because the tomato was so big. My husband had a burger with gorganzola. Let me tell you now, he LOVES blue, gorganzola, stilton... any stinky, moldy cheese. He hated this burger! The cheese was too much & burnt. There are several better choices. I think we'll stick with all of the other good burger places in Vegas when we return.
