I would never recommend this location to anyone! I made an online reservation to pick up a truck at 6pm today. I received a call at 4:00pm from a man (who's name I cannot even remember right now I am so enraged) who told me they didn't have the equipment I requested (fine... it says on the email confirmation that its subject to availability so okay). He proceeds to ask me questions that seem normal like how much are you moving, where are you moving to, why are you requesting the truck for 2 days, etc. I have never in my life spoken to someone so condescending ESPECIALLY in customer service! What really sent me over the edge was when he said "So let me get this straight, you want a truck for 2 days and are inconveniencing 3 other families so you can move your stuff 5 miles down the road?" 1. IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS WHY I WANT THE TRUCK FOR 2 DAYS-- As your customer that is what I requested and that is why I am paying you 2. YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT MY LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE THAT REQUIRE ME TO MOVE THINGS IN LOADS OVER THE NEXT 2 DAYS 3. YOU ARE NOW INCONVENIENCING MY FAMILY BY ASKING US TO MAKE A MOVE IN A SPAN OF HOURS Had this man simply said.... "We don't have that equipment but I want to help you find something that will be a fit for you based on your needs" I would not be sitting here writing this review. I have since called corporate and complained about the location and him specifically as well as re-booked through a different U-Haul location, who would like my money and not tell me I am an inconvenience. Unless you want this guy to ruin your day, treat you like you are meaningless, and with zero respect I would take your business elsewhere.
