Holly did a great job (regular mani-pedi) and was very attentive to all of my requests. She took her time, no rushing and was always very polite. I could tell other professionals around me were being very nice and doing a good job as well. The reason why I'll never give a 5-star rating to a nail salon in the US is because of the business model itself and techniques. There's a lot of focus on luxuries such as giant chairs and drinks, which in turn result in very high prices to the customer for a final product that won't look as clean and long-lasting as you'd get in other countries.
