I came in really nervous as I had a bad experience at my last place. I am a self pay patient and was quoted high prices at my last dental office , so my anxiety was high and I didn't know what to expect. Jess was my dental hygienist and she was amazing! She calmed me down and went through all the steps of the appointment from X-rays to the cleaning to the exam from Dr. Welch. She answered my questions and put me at ease. It turns out that I was very lucky and did not need any of the work I was told that I "desperately" needed from the last place. Dr. Welch gave a complete and thorough exam, and answered all of my questions. I am so thrilled to have found a practice where I am treated as a patient and not a dollar sign. No hard selling , no upselling of services. Just great dental care with compassion and respect. Very rare these days! Thanks so much , I will be back!!
