I had been looking for a place to get a hair cut and I came across a Groupon deal for this place. I called and got an appointment for the same day. I think they close at 7pm and my appointment was for 5. When I arrived the place was very empty and it looked like it was closing time. At first I was very skeptical, since my hairdresser kept checking her phone for text messages in between the cuts. It was almost going on my nerves but thank goodness she stopped doing it and then I could relax a little bit. All in all, I did get a good haircut I think. I have natural curly hair which is very hard to cut, since every curl usually does its own thing. Supposedly this place opened last August and she has been working there since then. My haircut included wash and style, but style for my hair is just a little bit of styling cream, crunch it up and off I go. A hair cut would be usually $45, but with the Groupon deal it came out to be $35. I personally think this place isn't upscale enough to charge $45 for a hair cut. Maybe they should lower their prices a little bit. Last time I paid $45 for a hair cut I had a whole different experience. Nevertheless, I will probably go back to this place if I came across another Groupon deal or something.
