It was my first time here so requesting a tech wasn't something I did, instead I took the first available tech. I ended up getting the guy that worked that day, he made my experience there extremely awkward. First I requested to have gel French tip mani and pedi. I asked him to make the tips a little thicker on my fingers and before I get to finish my sentence, he replies with a degrading tone "why? So they last longer"... That was clearly not the reason, I continued, that it's because I have long nail beds and I wanted them to look proportioned. Then he starts telling me how dry my hands are, I had to explain that my hands are sensitive to cleaning products but he kept pointing it out. Then when we moved on to do my pedicure, he kept arguing with the receptionist about not cleaning his section and how his tips should only go to him.. That was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. I'm sure it's just him because the other techs seemed to handle there clients in a more professional and personable way. I am never requesting this guy if I decide to give this place another try, he spent more time trying to collect his check from someone and arguing about his tips more than he was focusing on my nails.
