Poorly managed. I almost feel like my family, and I are being pranked. There are only two in this office we actually like. Sabrina and one other, but the other office staff women are rude with no personality. Aside from the office management staff. They don't care about the tenants, or your problems. It's almost as if they are trained to tell you NO, and everything they can't do. (Specificallyi Christina)They never bother to find a resolution for any given situation. Packages are delivered to the office. They can never seem to find it when you clearly received note that package was delivered. EVERYTIME. 1 week later, it randomly appears, and you get a phone call about a package that's just been sitting there. The gates don't work. The prices are ridiculous in exchange of the horrific customer service that we received. Oh, and if you need the clubhouse for small events? Forget about it. The maintenance is probably the best thing that's happened to this company when they finally get a chance to get to it, and that's even getting worse, and worse. People! Do not move to this place. I don't have confidence in this company, and don't foresee any changes happening within the near future. If you care about your family. Stay away! You've been warned.
