I have been going here since it opened a few years ago. I have a love hate relationship with this place. It seems to have SOOO MUCH potential...but it falls short.
I use to only visit when I wanted to get something from Pandora or Charming Charlie's. But then they started opening up a lot of restaurants. But it seemed like as soon as they would open a restaurant it would close. A number of stores and restaurants have closed or relocated. And this is the main reason why I can not give a 5 star rating.
I do love how it seems to be very family oriented. Over the summer they have movies in the park. Which is so much fun! They also have a farmers market on the weekends along with live music.
I am a frequent Tivoli goer...but I'm always scared to completely commit and fall in love with it because business close frequently. Maybe I just have trust and commitment issues...lol
