I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and customer-focus of the Renaissance. From Jordan at the front desk to the parking attendants, to the housekeeping team, the staff exceeded expectations and created a very welcoming and professional atmosphere. The hotel common areas and my room were uncommonly clean. My only two minor complaints were (1) a bed that was too firm for my liking (a personal preference, I realize), and (2) paying for wi-fi, which was minor considering the inexpensive rate. I will go out of my way to stay here again, next time I'm in the Phoenix area.
