Went in to casually look at s purchase. Had zero intention of buying on that particular day. I gave them my keys to look at my possible "trade in" and they did exactly as I expected. After they countered what I asked too many times I asked for my keys and as expected, they"lost" them. This is a typical sales tactic to keep you in the chair. I told them I'd wait outside at my vehicle until my keys were found. Outside and 10 minutes later they "found" the keys and I left. I refuse to buy from anyone who uses such an obvious "by the book" tactic. It's pathetic.
