I really wanted to like this place. The ladies who work the front desk are so nice. I used then for almost a year before they lost one of my custom shirts. They wouldn't give me the rest of my shirts until they found the one. As I ran out of work clothes, they finally released the rest of my clothes and there were what looked like rust stains all over the one collar. They still made me pay for that shirt even though they had to clean it again.They never even thought of comping me $3 for service recovery. Oh and I still haven't gotten my shirt back that they strained. I dropped it off over a week ago.
