Great ice cream BUT the management should consider hiring nicer, more friendly staff. We have been to this location 3 times in the past 2 weeks and have had a single good experience with one of the workers behind the counter. Everyone else has been short, unwelcoming and lacked a smile (which can go a long way in customer service). I do not typically write poor reviews but after multiple occasions, deemed it necessary to add to the list of poor reviews this location has received, specifically regarding their staff. We live right across the street from this location, however, it would be worth it to drive 15-20 minutes to another location to receive better customer service. Not to mention, we were charged for a "Mine" size because the girl who made our ordered "gotta love it size" put the "gotta have it" cup of ice cream in the "mine" tub and put a lid on it.
