They could have gotten five star if if wasn't for the sale associate Victoria Gonzalez, She is the Appliance specialist for this Location. But she is not very knowledgeable about appliances or were items are located in Her Department. When get to the contract stage she doesn't explain what she doing at all. She put Warranty on the Contract but doesn't explain what they cover nor does she ask if me the customer actually want the extra warranty. Her Sales Attitude is very stand off ish, During our sale experience she was a tag bit Rude and felt like she didn't want to take the time to help us or get the information we were asking about the appliance it was just all about the sale for her. CONNS experience was great the delivery team was on time and set everything up. The store manager was very helpful with our concerns and we will shop at conns again in the future. But we will not require Victoria assistance again.
