Prepaid stay we were not allowed to modify the reservation had to pay for a night we did not stay. When we advised the staff about the CIty Taxi Cab company gouging us with a huge fare after a concert at Downsview Park they told us " you need to tell them they cannot do that" really? Shouldn't the cab company know that they can not go off meter? How were we supposed to get home to the hotel? Then to tell us that it was probably because they thought we were foreign so they took advantage. Is that an excuse? Or common practice in your city. The room was fine, execpt the lighting is very dim. The neighborhood is not that great. Not impressed with Toronto or this hotel.
