where to start - first i booked this two months ago as a stop on a road trip with the hopes that our room would reflect the pictures on line
i booked the king luxury suite and kindly asked in my original reservation for a soft bed
when we arrived we were given a room on the first floor with very high ceilings in the newly renovated part of the hotel
i was absolutely appalled by what we found in this room - the bathroom is a very tiny single sink bathroom that you had to move the door just to get into the repurposed old bathtub with the crappiest tile job i've ever seen at this level of hotel
it had a half bath off the entrance that would have been better used by incorporating both baths into a glorious spa bath
the main salon had one mid century small dirty love seat ..... there was no coffee table ..... no ottoman
dirty windows - dirty carpet - dirty window sills
the bed - oh my HORRIBLE - i felt every spring
this was by far the very worst place we have stayed this whole road trip
Dear Westin Management;
Your site manager lacks the attention to detail a remodel of this scale requires
Your Director of Housekeeping should be questioned as to why they would allow the level of filth to be accepted
I am sad that we made a choice to stay at your Lake Las Vegas location
