I am only giving this place 1 star because I have too. I scheduled a follow up appt because its been a little over 1 year and tis the allergy season. They ended up cancelling the appt and then pushing me out farther. Once I rescheduled (my sweet pup who has cancer by the way) is scratching her eyes like crazy. She began bleeding pretty significantly, so I called to see if they could squeeze me in, that I didn't want her last months if she lives that long to suffer. They couldn't even give me any topical treatment to help ease her discomfort, nothing b/c I hadn;t been there in a year. Then they call my veternarian asking for 10 years of records from my dog. They were rude, and obnoxious and do not care about the welfare of animals. What happened to Dr. Coyner - when she was here, this place was amazing! I hope these people go out of business!
