We used California Pools to remodel our pool. The remodel went well however, 12 months later the stone used around the fountain is totally crumbling and falling off. I have called California Pools several times, They did send someone out to take pictures and assess the stone. They determined that since my water salinity was high it would totally void any warranty and they would not stand behind their product. I understand that a high salinity could affect the product over a long period of time, however no product should totally fail in 12 months. Really disappointed that they felt no obligation to fix or offer solutions. I would not recommend any company that handles the project from design to finish product and wash their hands of any liability after only 1 year!
