Natalie was absolutely amazing at explaining the process, what to expect, and what she was doing throughout the visit. I have never had eyelash extensions before so I was quite nervous. The nerves melted away within just a few minutes of hopping up on the table! It is very easy to fall asleep while she's applying your new eyelashes, believe it or not.
I got a volume set and highly recommend them!
Nice location, clean, affordable prices, great customer service. Can't say enough great things about this place. I love that the lash artist is so down to earth. I am a mom, not super high maintenance and not up on any of the latest trends. Walking into one of those pretentious lash bars terrifies me so I'm glad there are little shops like AZ Lash Lady's to make all of us comfortable!
