One of the last breweries in Charlotte to "officially" visit, I decided to stop in this past Saturday. Although I am not a Kombucha fan, there are plenty of people who love it. I was here for the beer!
I can really appreciate that their beer is a USDA Organic Product. Cheers for being green!! The taproom is pretty small but has lots of character.
The Burn Down Brown was good but the Rye IPA (can't remember the name) was better. Light, not overly hoppy and very drinkable.
If you find yourself at Sycamore, it's worth crossing the street and tasting what Lenny Boy has to offer.
