I contracted Dynamic AV Solutions through Amazon. I had them mount my 60" LED TV up on the wall in my living room. They did a nice job with the mounting. The work was clean, they explained the process as they were working through the job, and the end result was a nicely mounted TV! I took one star off the rating for this reason. While doing the install we realized that I didn't have the adequate cables to get everything hooked up properly. I needed three 10' HDMI cables and one 10' extension cord. The HDMI cables were $10 a piece. Not a big deal...we were 'on the spot' and I wanted to get the job done, so I agreed to add on the 3 HDMI cables. After the technicians left I tried swiveling the TV around a little bit on the articulating arm. I felt a little resistance, but I thought it was just the joints in the TV mount that had a little tension in them. After trying to swivel the TV a couple times I just gave up. I looked at the back of the TV and noticed that the connectors on all 3 of the HDMI cables had completely bent and pulled off. So I guess it was a little bit my fault. Though I figured they would have left enough "slack" to allow for a little movement of the TV. I've also never seen HDMI cables with such weak connectors. :( I called the TV and explained the issue. They offered to sell me 3 more cables for another $30. I just decided against it and ended up buying four 10' HDMI cables from Amazon for $18 total. So I was disappointed that I paid $30 for three very cheap HDMI cables that broke instantly and was not offered any type of refund or free replacement. But aside from that, they did a nice job. I would work with them again - I would just make sure I have the proper accessories needed to complete the job ahead of time.
