I'm actually surprised the reviews for the Rio buffet are mediocre. I would challenge those who made mediocre reviews to suggest a better place, because I don't think they could find one (especially in the same price range/ not top-of-the-line like the Venetian or Bellagio). I've been several times and always had a decent overall experience. Not to mention, if you are on a budget, you can arrive at the end of breakfast or lunch and get the next meal at an equal value.
