It is rare that I post reviews. But, without going into the long and very painful story of the TERRIBLE quality, the bigger issue for me was that they didn't ship most of my order, and after almost 1 month of waiting, I finally emailed and asked for a refund (this is after multiple email attempts through their website, numerous phone calls, and trying to use their live chat in which most of the time the chat timed out because no one in customer service was available to pick up the chat). I would NEVER recommend them and will be letting my Graphic Designer know, who referred me, what terrible service and quality Overnight Prints delivered... or rather didn't deliver depending on how you look at it. Yikes!
