So I stopped by yesterday to look at/price a new box spring. Melissa was helping another customer but still was able to get in a pheasant hello as I walked in the store. After we looked around a few minutes, Melissa stepped away from the customer she was with so he could take a moment to decide which mattress he wanted to buy. She asked me what I was looking for so I time get a cheap box spring. She gave me all my options, including all price points, but was not pushy or trying to strong arm me into a overly expensive item. She was very easy to work with, and I would go back just to work with her. Well it got better. We set up delivery for the next day and just like she and, the delivery guys called around 8:10 am to confirm delivery between 9-12 that day. The delivery guys showed up a hour later, ready to deliver and set up. They were clean, quick and not intimidating (I know some people have issues with this, thus why I put it). They were in and out of my house in less then 4 minutes. And don't take that as a negative they were polite and respectful of my house and time!! I didn't even have a chance to tip the delivery guys because they were so quick.
The in store experience and the delivery experience made buying a new box spring a delight. I will buy all future bedding purchases through Best Mattress for sure.
