Horrible customer service. Booked 2 bellhops and they were supposed to show up at 1:00 pm but got a call 1 hour before saying they are running 15 minutes behind. At 1:35 pm, when I called their customer service, I was told they will be there within 25 minutes which was an hour late from the original scheduled time. Nobody bothered to ever inform me about this delay, nobody offered any recourse to me due to the inconvenience I had because of their lack of customer service. I was waiting for them since last 1 hour and also had to skip my lunch since I assumed these people will be on time. Unfortunately not, and hence I had to cancel my service. Will not recommend them to anyone.
