This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I've been without AC with my 2 and 3 year old girls for over a week...in the middle of July.....in Las Vegas! There is absolutely no way to contact this company unless they call you! They were supposed to contact me Friday -never heard a word. Then the weekend comes, of course, nobody called. I'm sure they were enjoying the weekend in their nice air conditioned homes. I called and called...sat on hold for over 40 minutes each time only to be sent to voicemail. Every time. I tried to reach out via email....still nothing. Monday morning I receive a call that says they will be here between 1:00-5:00 to fix my air..awesome! I tell my boss that I need to take a half day off of work. Then I wait....and wait...and wait....no call, no show...I try calling the office back...same cycle as before. Got stuck on hold for almost an hour, twice, then sent to voicemail. I'm still waiting for a call back from someone...anyone...
