Poor Service but most of the food was excellent WHEN we received it. There were 9 of us so to make it less confusing we had 2 people in our party order all the appetizers and the sides so we could share. Three of the fourteen that we ordered were missing and it took another 15 min for those to arrive with no apology. Our Waiter acted as though it was our fault. Everyone ordered their own dinner but I personally ordered 4 sides of mushrooms, 2 with butter and 2 without. When the mushrooms came with the main dishes only 3 were delivered and it took 20 minutes to get the last one so most of us were finishing our steaks. My prime rib had no flavor and was tough. An expensive meal to be so disappointing. One of the people in our party told the waiter she is vegetarian so she just ordered the baked potato as her entree. When it was delivered, it had a lot of bacon on it so she was unable to eat it. The waiter was indifferent. There were 2 birthdays in our party so they promised a complimentary piece of cheesecake but it wasn't delivered until after the bill was paid. The 2 birthday people left after the bill was paid to go to a show so the waiter wouldn't leave the complimentary cheesecake with the remaining 7 people at the table. How petty was that when it was his fault that he didn't get the cheesecake to the table 2 hours after we sat down and the bill was paid. The 7 left at the table were just finishing the wine I personally brought which had a corkage fee of $30 per bottle for a total of $120 for 4 bottles. We had been to the Classic Steakhouse at Circus Circus 2 nights earlier and the wine corkage fee was waived for a party this big and the food was fantastic. Great Classic atmosphere but when you have bad service it takes away from the atmosphere and the food.
