The sole of my boot had a hole it in so I brought it here. They said they can add new soles to the existing ones to repair the hole. When I picked it up, I was pretty happy with it. After I added new insoles, the boots felt like new - Sam's even polished them for me. HOWEVER, less than a week after getting them "repaired" (seriously, I only wore them for 2 days), the new sole was already starting to peel off! I don't know how strong the glue is that they used, but I was pretty pissed. Unfortunately, I do not live close enough to here to be able to go back and get them to redo it! I was extremely disappointed in this - for $40+ dollars for a "repaired" sole, I'd expect better quality.
