My husband and I just left Auto Source after waiting for 20 minutes for service. We were very interested in buying a new vehicle and picked out some from the website. We were greeted by the front desk clerk and told to have a seat. There were no other customers in the store and several representatives walked by us while we were waiting. We decided to leave after 20 minutes and passed by three employees without any acknowledgement. We are on our way to another dealership now!
