Word of warning to residents. I had contacted this company on their website two days ago with information and request for a quote. There was an automated reply upon submission that I would receive a call the next day for a quote. I followed up with an email request again the next day since there had been no contact. Still no reply. Finally! I called today and Zack told me that they "were all booked up."
When I told him about my efforts to contact them he offered to move me in the afternoon. When I agreed he then asked for a $200 deposit. There was nothing obvious on the website that indicated that on the website this is required and I have never had a moving company ask me for one.
I am on a tight budget and my family has just experienced some major medical emergencies. My money would be available for moving at the time of the move, always done it that way...even across country or down the street. I contacted them because of their Yelp reviews. I would never call or recommend them to anyone. They wasted two days as I kept having to contact them and then they just wanted almost half the money up front. They had received my information when I got through too them and had it available. Just did not want business I guess.
These seems like a very unethical business with extremely poor customer service.
