Office hours here are 9-6, which is exactly the shift I work, so the only way I can interact with the office staff at all is via phone calls on lunch or on the weekends. Maybe this would be OK if I weren't needing to continuously call maintenance to fix things I've told them about a dozen times. Maybe this would be OK if USPS didn't continuously drop my packages off at the office.

When I called ConAm (Avery's parent company) to ask about the hours, they simply told me that it's been like this for years and that's the only justification they need not to change.
Yeah, because change and progress aren't irresistible forces that will mow you over in a heartbeat if you ignore them... Expand your hours like literally every other service business.
