Let me start off by saying most "jewelry" shops and "jewelry repair" stores in this town are rip off artists. However, Frank is an honest guy and very knowledgeable. He not only fitted my rare watch with the perfect replacement band(it looks better than the original) but he also took the time to adjust my other watch while I waited free of charge. The prices here are about half what M & I International(on spring mt/valley view) charges and the quality of service is EVEN BETTER. This place was worth the drive and I will be coming back here in the future for all of my watch repair and jewelry needs. They also do engravings and polishing. 5 Stars all the way!!
