I went through the drive through to get my mom a bag of ice and the line was long which isn't my complaint I understand this type of business gets busy and I understand that there is normally hardworking individuals trying to accomplish every customers order as efficiently as possible. I now realize that wasn't the case for everyone working at sonic tonight I pulled up to the window after waiting 15 minutes in the line to see hardworking individuals doing ten things at once. My complaint is that one worker was stuffing her face with an ice cream and texting in plain view of the window, granted she could have been on break or off the clock or whatever she may have been, it was disrespectful not only to the company but to her fellow hardworking coworkers.
