Hands down, WORST experience I have ever had in a nail salon or any business in general. The staff is rude & incompetent , service is abysmal & the place is filthy. I paid $35 for a Mani/pedi. I was in a pedicure chair for a total of 7 minutes while the douche bag doing my nails dipped my feet in some cold water & painted my toe nails. No warm water, no foot soaking, no massage. No trimming, filing or buffing. And he was talking over his shoulder the whole 7 minutes he was haphazardly painting my nails. When he started to push back the cuticles in my finger nails DRY, without soaking or anything, then cut me, I got up and asked the manager for a refund. I hot 7 polished toes and a bloody thumb. They didn't even clean my blood off of the clippers! He left them out for someone else to use! Disgusted! Worst nail salon in the United States.
