This was a tough review for me. Partly because they did give us Outstanding Customer Service! Made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Mood is friendly. But I felt they slacked a bit in the housekeeping department. Last thing you want to see is someone else's hair in the bed. The headboard also needed a good cleaning. No microwave, No refrigerator, could use several updates throughout this location. It was these few factors that made it tough for me to enjoy my night. For $85.00 I could have stayed at The Crowne Plaza.
