They took care of a traffic ticket once easily and professionally, so when I became involved in a criminal matter, I turned to them for help.
Long story short, without adding too much information, my experience of them for the whole matter has just been nothing but a disappointment and frustrations. The legal secretary that was responsible for my case is rude, never returns phone calls, and condescending when I am able to get in touch with her. They also did not do much to represent me, so that the day before I was to appear in court, the DA office actually called me in person and asked if I wanted to settle. He was surprised when I said I had an attorney. And of course then he realized he was not supposed to be talking to me directly.
In a nutshell they do great traffic tickets. But for anything else, I don't think I'll recommend them to others.
