The people, or more specifically a Mr. Tibbets, is extremely rude. This company is not worth paying for to work, because at the start, they seem to be very professional and answer all your questions. However, as time progresses and you pay the fee that they want, they start to ignore you for "bigger" customers and "more important projects." They, or more specifically again, Mr. Tibbets, get rude with you if you ask too many questions or want to clarify things about the taxes. They don't care for you, and they only want your money because they ask for more money if you don't understand and want more answers. That is a terrible thing to do, and I would definitely NOT EVER recommend this company to anymore. This company is probably decent, however Mr. Tibbets is definitely not someone you want to work with. Terrible. Waste of money, time and effort. Better try your luck elsewhere if you must deal with this man.
