I wish I could give this store 0 stars because it quite frankly does not deserve any. Manager Justin is extremely lazy and unhelpful with a horrible attitude. I went in there for a simple plan change and phone upgrade but to my surprise, this process took over two hours to do. We were helped by a guy that was there for only a month and the manager, not being busy at all, did not help this guy out when he clearly needed help. When we finally were done, a week later we come to find out that one of the things that they said they did, didn't get done and we had to re do it through the the phone. Another process that took an hour to do. So far I spent nearly 4 hours of my life dealing with a simple inquiry. Long story short, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
