This is a great locally owed company in Calgary that has been in business forever with fabulous service to match! I called for a dishwasher problem at my rental property and they were able to go by within a day of calling, co-ordinating with my tenant the best time for her.
After the first service call they thought the problem had been resolved but my tenant was still having problems a day later. They went by a second time (seems it was a different issue maybe/ maybe not) related to the original issue. They didn't charge me a second service charge, just for the part needed.
Thanks for the great service from booking the appointment, to the technician who came out, to the invoicing over the phone. It is no mystery why these guys have been in business since the 1950's. Thank you!
